It is also what lets us stand behind patented grip and heavy-duty ratings in writing, and give distributors the documentation they need.

What We Test, and Why.
The checks every glove is measured against before it earns our name.
Tensile Strength & Elongation
We pull samples from every batch to failure on a calibrated Tinius Olsen tester, verifying force and stretch against EN 455-2, before and after aging.
Post-Aging Testing
Accelerated aging confirms gloves still perform at the end of their shelf life, not just fresh off the line. Durability you can rely on months later.
Freedom from Holes
Water-leak and AQL inspection to EN 455-1 catches pinholes before they ship, sampled batch by batch for a dependable barrier.
Thickness & Dimensions
Every gauge and cuff length is measured against spec. A 6 mil glove should be a 6 mil glove, every time.
Chemical Permeation & Degradation
Independent EN ISO 374-1 and -4 testing produces the exact permeation and degradation data printed on each product page.
Micro-organism Protection
EN ISO 374-5 verification of protection against bacteria, fungi and viruses for the applications that need it.
The Process
A 12-Stage Quality System.
Every glove moves through a structured, documented 12-stage quality-control process, from incoming raw materials to the sealed shipping container. Here is every stage.

Raw Materials
Nitrile, latex, chemicals, pigments and packaging are checked against approved specifications and supplier certificates before use.
- 02
Compounding
Materials are weighed and mixed, then verified for viscosity, pH, solids, colour and formulation accuracy before release to production.
- 03
Line Preparation
Ceramic formers are cleaned and inspected, and line settings, tanks and process conditions are verified before dipping begins.
- 04
Dipping Control
Coagulant, dip time, temperature and line speed are monitored through every dip to keep glove formation consistent.

Curing
Oven temperatures and curing conditions are controlled so each glove reaches its required physical properties.

Surface Treatment
Leaching, washing and chlorination are checked for cleanliness, donning performance and process consistency.

Online Inspection
Gloves are inspected during stripping for holes, tears, thin spots, stains, deformation and texture defects.

Physical Testing
Thickness, length, width, weight, tensile strength and elongation are tested against specification.

AQL Testing
Statistical samples are water-leak tested for pinholes and freedom from holes to the applicable AQL standard.

Packing Control
Size, colour, texture, cuff, count, artwork, labels, barcodes and lot numbers are verified before boxing.

Final Inspection
Finished cartons are sampled again for product conformity, packaging condition, quantity and documentation.

Container Release
The container is checked and loaded, cargo secured, records taken and the seal number logged before closure.
