Their unique characteristics, such as material, powder content, protein level and such, differentiate them in performance, functionality, and cost in meeting individual requirement and specific needs. Our products are non-sterile medical grade gloves, suitable for all medical as well as non-medical applications. They are not designed for surgical procedures, which usually call for sterile surgical gloves.Innovative only supplies the best medical grade Examination Gloves with a minimum quality level of AQL 1.5. Our main products are Nitrile Examination Gloves in Blue and white Color, Nitrile Examination Gloves in Black Color, Powdered Latex Examination Gloves, Powder free Latex Examination Gloves (chlorinated or polymer coated), various colored gloves like blue, green, black, different length from 240 mm to 300 mm, smooth or textured, various thickness from 5 mil to 8 mil. On special request various fragrance gloves can be produced like Vanilla, Strawberry, Mint, Lemon etc. LABELINGIn any type, labeling is welcome. Packing in different sizes ranging from 100 pieces/box, 50 pieces/box, 24 pieces/box, 20 pieces/box, 10 pieces/box 10 pieces/polybag etc. Shrink wrapping of boxes is also done on special requests.SALIENT FEATURES OF OUR PLANT AND PRODUCTSOur machines are mostly made of stainless steel and have been epoxy coated to ensure that our gloves are not contaminated with impurities and any corrosive materials.With an indirect heating system for vulcanizing there is no risk of dirt and carbon contamination. Our gloves are produced on the best formers from a Japanese manufacturer which are renowned in the industry for excellent fittings, superior comfort and universal fittings. 48 meters long leaching ensure that the extractable proteins found on our gloves are less than 150 micro gm/gm on powdered gloves and less than 20 micro gm/gm on our powder free gloves. Our machined are capable of producing up to 300 mm long gloves. All products produced have valid 510K numbers from US FDA.
