Therefore it was very important to select the best and most efficient machines. Our machines as mentioned earlier are having 48 meters leaching which reduces the extractable proteins to levels that are considered very safe. We have indirect heating systems where risk of contamination from Carbon particles is virtually eliminated. Stainless steel ovens at every part of machine give us a very clean and consistent glove. Automation at stripping station helps us in reduction of man handling which in term reduces the chances of contamination.ISO 9001 AND ISO 13485Innovative Gloves has been certified under the ISO 9001 quality management system which is very crucial to fostering acceptance in the worlds markets. Continuous improvement is imperative with the system and requires us to meet customers and applicable regulatory requirements. These gloves do afford a degree of chemical “splash” protection and the above recommendations are meant to be used only as guide when selecting gloves for any chemical contact use. MANUFACTURING FACILITIESWe produce 70 million pieces/month.All our products have the lowest extractable proteins. We guarantee less than 100 micro gm/gm proteins in our lightly powdered latex examination gloves and less than 20 micro gm/gm in our powder free gloves. All our gloves are counted and packed in dispenser boxes. Every lot is inspected by 1000 ml water test as required by various standards. Our facilities have been inspected by various health authorities like Ministry of Public Health of Thailand and also by US FDA inspectors and we comply with all regulatory requirements. We are very conscious of environments and all our effluents are fully treated before discharging. We do not employ child labour. |       |
