Even though many gloves may appear alike in appearance, human eyes cannot differentiate the quality between gloves, such as pinhole rates (AQL levels), latex protein content, stretchability and strength.
Different manufacturers use different grade or quality of raw material in producing their gloves, and add different types and quantity of chemicals in the process. The production lines are designed differently, and they monitor their production differently with different levels of quality control procedures. Therefore, there are many different quality levels of exam gloves on the market today.
